Five Point Someone: Where it All Began

A fun frollic twisting tale,would surely lead you on a reading spree

Five Point Someone By Chetan Bhagat :  I was not always  much of a reader, reading to me was just boring course books,doing my homework and maybe the newspaper once a week (that to just the sports section),then after a nice sweet girl (this gender has always amazed me) insisted that i read this, i bought the book, took a deep breath and started of. Let me tell all of you who think that novels can only be a result of some person cursing his life every second moment or has a broken heart (or whatever reason most of you would give for not reading) that at time you can really connect with them, you’d feel that you’ve met the author and would like to thank that bloody person for understanding you and penning it all down while you were just living through your monotonous and boring life.

Five Point Someone would indeed make you laugh,think,rethink,would make the boys go ‘cool’ and ‘perfect’ at certain instants and would make the girls look at the mirror with a mischievous smile and a wink ‘your always right about boys arent you’.

A place where every science student (may or maynot like me) would dream to be, and after reading the novel would just work their ass off to be in one of those hostel rooms, sippin vodka at the hostel roof, getting hooked up with the professors daughter (not many would  want that,but i wont mind).

When we thought only nerds make it there and considerd them from another universe,the excellent work would clear many myths and would make them sound like humble souls from this very planet.

I was able to complete it in 5 hours(Couldve been 4 if mom hadnt taken me along for shopping) coz not even for a split sec was able to leave the book.

A than it began..when people started terming me more sensible(you can lie on blogs can’t you)

Since i was quite away from blogging since early man years, i suppose by the time your done reading this witty summary you wud’ve already read the book thrice or atleast twice, but if by any chance you havent (really !!!) then please make me feel good and go Ahead..
